Digital delivery
Memorials, roses and adornments are one-time digital services. Delivery begins automatically after Polar confirms payment: memorials are published, roses are counted and adornments are placed.
When we will refund
Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, a confirmed payment was not delivered because of our technical failure, or the delivered item materially differs from what the checkout described.
After reviewing the order, we may provide a full or partial refund, correct the delivery, or offer another appropriate remedy. Unauthorized transactions should also be reported promptly to Polar and your payment provider.
When we normally do not refund
Once a correctly delivered memorial, rose or adornment has been published, we normally do not refund for a change of mind, low traffic, business results, dislike of user-submitted wording, or the later unavailability of an outbound project or successor link.
Removal of public content does not automatically require a refund. We consider content and refund requests separately.
How to request one
Email hello@ripmybuild.com with the purchase email, checkout or receipt reference, memorial URL, purchase date and a short explanation. Please contact us within 14 days when reasonably possible so we can investigate while transaction records are easy to identify.
How refunds are processed
Polar is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Polar may also issue a refund at its discretion to prevent disputes or chargebacks. Taxes are adjusted by Polar as part of the refund.
Bank and card-network processing times vary. We cannot send a card refund to a different payment method.
Mandatory consumer rights
This Policy does not limit withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, refund or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this Policy, that rule controls.
