- I believed FreeFlowAI could become a useful open-source product by giving people a simple way to use AI for everyday work without being locked into expensive tools or complicated workflows. The bet was that a focused project, built in public and improved through real user feedback, could grow through its community. I invested time in building the foundation, expecting that a clear use case and a working product would

- The earliest warning was that the project was not receiving enough consistent usage or feedback to guide its direction. I was building features and maintaining the code, but there was little evidence that people were returning to use FreeFlowAI or contributing to its development.
